招聘職位:行政經理(全職)

我們正聘請 行政經理,負責處理我們的日常運作、製作及課程。

主要職責

  • 撰寫及管理申請資助及其報告;監控預算及課程成本、處理簿記(會計入帳)、與核數師聯絡;協助處理向董事會匯報之事宜。
  • 協助統籌劇團製作、工作坊、遴選及課堂事宜,包括康文署(LCSD)場地預訂、申請相關牌照(如 CASH / PPSE)、處理保險,以及與自由職業者和導師簽訂合約。
  • 督導辦公室及前台工作人員;處理招聘導師、性罪行紀錄查核(SCRC)及員工合約的紀錄存檔工作。
  • 擔任家長、學校及合作夥伴的主要聯絡人;協助劇團物色及開拓學校、企業合作夥伴。
  • 負責辦公室的日常運作,包括處理查詢、報名、紀錄存檔工作及會議安排。
  • 更新劇團網站、課堂時間表及網上購票/登記頁面;與網頁及資訊科技供應商聯繫。
  • 維護劇團資訊科技系統及數據備份,確保遵守《個人資料(私隱)條例》,特別是針對兒童及家長的資料。

入職要求

  • 認可大學學位或相應資歷;持有藝術行政、文化管理、工商管理或相關學科資歷者優先。
  • 具備最少 3 年相關工作經驗,曾於藝術機構、非政府組織(NGO)、教育中心或表演場地工作者優先;具備管理/督導經驗者尤佳。
  • 具備表演藝術、兒童節目或藝術教育經驗者獲優先考慮。
  • 熟悉香港藝術資助機制及康文署(LCSD)場地預訂程序。
  • 具備良好中英文書寫及溝通能力(英語及廣東話)。
  • 精通 MS Office / Google Workspace;認識網站內容管理系統(CMS)者優先。
  • 有條理、主動積極,並能在小型團隊中同時處理多項任務。

Administration Manager (Full-time)
We are looking for an organised, hands-on Administration Manager to oversee our daily operations, productions and programmes.

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare and manage grant applications and reports; monitor budgets and programme costs, oversee bookkeeping, liaise with auditors and support Board reporting
● Coordinate productions, workshops, auditions and classes, including LCSD venue bookings, licences (e.g. CASH/PPSE), insurance and contracts with freelancers and tutors
● Supervise office and front-of-house staff; handle tutor recruitment, Sexual Conviction Record Checks and contracts
● Act as the main contact for parents, schools and partners; support the development of school and corporate partnerships
● Manage day-to-day centre and office operations, including enquiries, enrolments, records and meeting arrangements
● Update the website, class schedules and online ticketing/registration pages; coordinate with web and IT vendors
● Maintain IT systems and data backup, and ensure compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, especially for children’s and parents’ data

Requirements
● Recognised university degree; a qualification in arts administration, cultural management, business administration or a related discipline is an advantage
● At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an arts organisation, NGO, education centre or performance venue; supervisory experience preferred
● Experience in performing arts, children’s programmes or arts education will be an advantage
● Familiarity with Hong Kong arts funding and LCSD venue booking procedures
● Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
● Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of website CMS is an advantage
● Well-organised, proactive and able to multitask in a small team
