Non-peak Hours: $450/hour
Monday, Wednesday to Friday 09:00-13:00 (Min. rental period: 2 hours)
Peak Hours: $500/hour
Monday, Wednesday to Friday 13:00-22:00, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays (Min. rental period: 2 hours)
Periods available for 12 Hours/+ Rental: $480/hour
Tuesday 09:00 – 13:00; 13:00 – 22:00 (Min. rental period: 4 hours)
Special Rate: Available to i) Registered Nonprofit Organizations, ii) Registered Institutions, Organizations or Establishments under the Educational Ordinance as well as iii) Limited by Guarantee (Applicants are required to provide proofs of registration. CMT reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.)

Rental availability is subject to HKCMT’s arrangement
Rental periods are calculated in full hours; half-hour or other fractional rentals are not available. Any overrun less than one hour will be charged as one hour.
If rental period overtime is less than 1 hour, it will also be calculated as 1 hour.

Venue Rental Notice

- Application should be made 3 weeks in advance of the booking date through Google Form.
- CMT reserves the rights to accept/reject any application.
- If there are two or more applicants for the same period, applications will be considered on a first-come,first-served basis. Applications will be confirmed once the payment has been acknowledged.
- Applicants should provide a detailed plan for the event, including name(s) of organizer(s), event rundown, and number of participants, etc. for approval.
- Once the application has been confirmed, no cancellation can be made and the rental fee will not be refunded. If there is any amendment to the booking date or time, applicants should notify CMT 7 days in advance and administration fee may be charged.
- If the overtime period is over 15 minutes, it will be counted as one hour (less than one hour will be regarded as one hour for all bookings). During the overtime rental period, CMT has the right to terminate the activity at any time and charge the overtime rental fee involved.
- Renter shall bear all repair costs for equipment or property damages caused during the event.
- Renter shall bear all cleaning costs for any permanent or irremovable marks or stains created during the event.
- CMT reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to approve the booking application without giving any explanation.
- CMT reserves the right to make amendments to the ‘Regulations’and ‘Rate’at any time without prior notice.
